Kloogaranna Puhkeküla House Rules
The internal rules of Kloogaranna Puhkeküla (hereinafter referred to as the “Puhkeküla”) set forth the conditions and procedures for visitors’ stays at the premises.
The resort itself does not organize youth camps or events, but rather makes the resort complex available to camp and event organizers.
Private individuals, nonprofit organizations, companies, and government agencies have the right to use and rent the premises.
Compliance with the rules and regulations is mandatory for all guests and employees of the resort.
The organizer of a camp or event is required to enter into an agreement with Puhkeküla for the use of the facilities.
General Safety
It is prohibited to bring items that pose a danger to yourself or others, as well as illegal substances, into the resort.
The resort undertakes to ensure that the recreation and training center complies with health, fire safety, and emergency response requirements.
Lighting a fire and any other use of open flames (including barbecuing) is permitted only with the permission of the resort manager and in the designated area.
In the event of a fire, proceed along the evacuation route toward the exit and immediately call the Emergency Services at 112 and notify a Puhkeküla employee.
Every room has evacuation plans that meet the requirements.
To ensure safety, video surveillance cameras have been installed on the resort grounds.
Rules of Conduct and Safety
During their stay at the holiday village, young people are strictly prohibited from smoking and using alcohol and other intoxicants.
Adults are prohibited from smoking and consuming alcohol on the premises when a youth camp or other youth-related event is taking place.
The entrance gate closes at 11:00 p.m. and opens at 7:00 a.m.
Unauthorized persons are prohibited from being on the premises, including passing through the premises.
Quiet hours at the resort are from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
The resort is not responsible for the personal belongings of guests on its premises.
Vehicles may enter the resort grounds only with the camp director's permission.
Responsibility for Young People
The project and group leader at the youth camp is responsible for the safety of the youth.
The group leader is responsible for explaining to their group where to gather if a fire is detected.
The group leader is required to contact the youth representative in the event of a serious violation of the internal rules.
The organizer of a youth camp must ensure that, for each group of young people staying at the camp for at least 6 nights, there is at least one adult for every 15 young people who meets the qualification requirements for camp counselors established under the Youth Work Act.
For young people with special needs, this means at least one caregiver for every ten young people.
At the vacation village, the adults accompanying young people who are not affiliated with the youth camp—and who are under the care of youth organizations, youth work agencies, or other institutions in the youth or education sectors—are responsible for those young people.
Arrival, Departure, and Use of Facilities
The project and group leader of a youth camp or event is responsible for notifying the Puhkeküla staff at least 3 business days before the camp, event, or other activity takes place of the number of participants, their arrival and departure times, and the services required. Based on this information, Kloogaranna Puhkeküla will issue an invoice.
To confirm the reservation, the customer agrees to enter into a reservation agreement in which they confirm that the dates and prices are acceptable.
The obligation to compensate for property damage caused at the resort lies with the person who caused the damage. In the case of a minor, the minor’s legal representative is liable.
The use of the premises must not result in any change in the composition or condition of the property.
The group leader must ensure that the property is maintained in good condition and prevent any changes or damage.
Posters and other materials brought in by the group may not be displayed on the walls or furniture.
Upon completion of the services, the group leader must ensure that:
The rooms that were used have been cleaned,
the trash cans have been emptied,
Used bed linens and towels were taken to the agreed-upon location.
If the child's guardians also participate in the camp group's activities, they must pay the rental fee in accordance with the current price list.
During the day, the bed and room must be kept tidy; personal belongings, suitcases, and clothing must be stored in the appropriate closets.
When leaving the sleeping quarters, make sure that the windows and doors—including balcony doors—are closed and that the lights are turned off.
Pets
Pets are allowed only during the summer season and by prior arrangement. Please let us know at info@rannalaager.ee.
We strive to provide our guests with an allergy-free environment; therefore, pets are not allowed:
sit on the beds or other furniture,
to remain indoors without supervision,
to be in other people's bedrooms.
If special cleaning of the premises is required due to a pet, the cost will be added to the customer's bill.
Filming and Photography
Security cameras have been installed on the resort grounds to record the activities of those staying at the resort and facilities.
Kloogaranna Puhkeküla confirms that the footage from the security cameras located on the premises is used solely for security purposes and is not used for marketing purposes.
