Youth Camps in Kloogaranna
Organize a choir camp, sports camp, class field trip, or outing at Kloogaranna Puhkeküla in Harju County. We’re located 40 minutes from Tallinn, and you can also reach us directly by train.
Suitable for groups of 15–170 people. We can host both one-day and multi-day events.

During the summer season, it can accommodate 170 guests; during the winter season, 37 guests.
Akeli Villa can accommodate 30 guests, and the camping houses can accommodate 140.
Most camping houses are one-room units and can accommodate 6 people. Between the buildings is a restroom building that includes both a toilet and showers.
For youth camps, we automatically assign participants from the same group to vacation homes in groups of six. If you’d like to house boys and girls separately or group participants differently in the rooms, please let us know well in advance.
We can accommodate teachers, coaches, and instructors in a separate building.
Check-in begins at 2:00 p.m.
Check-out is by 11:00 a.m.

We also have a catering company on site that serves healthy meals three times a day.
Meal times:
Breakfast 09:00–10:00
Lunch 13:00–14:00
Dinner 18:00–19:00
All meals are prepared on-site and are gluten- and lactose-free. You can get information about allergens from the caterer.
We recommend collecting allergy information from participants or their parents no later than one week before the event. If you provide this information to the caterer three days before the event, they can take it into account when planning the menu.
Activities
There are plenty of opportunities for sports and active recreation in Kloogaranna Puhkeküla and in Kloogaranna beach, just a couple hundred meters away. The beach is a true beach volleyball paradise—there are 11 beach volleyball courts there.
We also have a campfire area where you can have a nice evening or barbecue by prior arrangement.
In case of bad weather or for indoor activities, you can also rent seminar rooms or a sauna, or spend time barbecuing in the gazebo at the campfire site.
For hiking enthusiasts, we recommend checking out the information on hiking trails available on the Lääne-Harju Municipality website.
Security
For over 25 years, camps for youth, children, and families have been held on the grounds of Kloogaranna Puhkeküla. We do everything we can to ensure that youth groups feel safe here.
During youth camps, we do not accept adult groups or individual guests.
Our property is surrounded by a fence.
Alcohol consumption and smoking are not permitted here.
We have night guards on the premises.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.

How to Prepare?
To receive a quote, we would like to know:
What kind of event are you planning to organize?
What dates work for you, and are you open to other dates if your first choice isn't available?
How many young people (under 17) and adults are participating?
Do you have any specific requests regarding accommodations—would you like to have girls and boys stay in separate rooms, or would you like to group the participants in some other way?
Would you like to use any other facilities—such as seminar rooms, a sauna, or a barbecue area?
To confirm your reservation:
We will send you a written quote.
We look forward to hearing from you within three business days to let us know if the offer is acceptable.
One to two weeks before the event:
We will send you the contract and the internal rules and regulations for your review and signature.
We would like to know the final number of participants.
We are requesting the payer's information in order to issue an invoice.
Three days before arrival:
We will issue an invoice.
We would like to know your arrival and departure times.
The caterer would like the latest information on the number of participants, allergies, and special requests.
On the day of arrival:
When you arrive at the resort, please stop by our office to pick up your keys and receive further instructions for your stay.
