An oasis beneath the pine trees of Kloogaranna, on one of Estonia’s most beautiful beaches! The best location in Harju County for youth camps and team events. You can get here from Tallinn by train. Kloogaranna train station is a 15-minute walk away from the resort.

We still have availability for hosting events for young people during the summer season of 2026. Available dates: August 7–15 and August 19–31

Accommodation

During the summer season, the facility can accommodate 170 people overnight; during the winter season, 37 people.

Kloogaranna Holiday Village has 22 cozy camping houses that can accommodate 140 people. In addition, there is Akeli Villa, which has 30 beds and a sauna.

Most of the camping houses have 6 beds in a single room. The toilet and showers are located in a communal hygiene facility. Two of the camping houses have a private toilet and a shower.

Seminar rooms

The Kloogaranna Puhkeküla Seminar Building is a great place to host larger events, training sessions, and seminars.

The training center features a large hall that seats up to 120 people, a training room with a whiteboard for 40 people, an attic room on the second floor, and a kitchenette. Presentation equipment, screens, and other necessary amenities are also available.

Kloogaranna Dining Hall

Catering

The catering facility features a large kitchen where a catering company provides healthy and nourishing meals. The dining hall seats 100 people. The facility also includes a seminar room.

Meal times:

BREAKFAST 09:00–10:00
LUNCH 13:00–14:00
DINNER 18:00–19:00

At other times, meals are available by arrangement with the caterer and for an additional fee. 

Sports Fields

Kloogaranna Puhkeküla has one basketball court with six hoops. In addition, guests can use the sports fields located on the beach:

  • 11 beach volleyball courts, which can also be used for beach tennis,

  • outdoor gym / training field,

  • a beach soccer field with portable soccer goals,

  • an outdoor basketball court with an asphalt surface,

  • 2 concrete ping-pong tables.

Kloogaranna Beach

Our guests can experience a true sense of relaxation when they visit the legendary Kloogaranna beach.

When you start to get hungry after enjoying the sun and water activities, guests can barbecue at the resort’s campfire site. There is a covered area with tables and several charcoal grills. In addition, there are three campfire sites on the beach, each equipped with benches and a metal grill.

In addition to enjoying the beach, younger guests can also spend time at two playgrounds.

How to Get There

We are located in the village of Kloogaranna, at 10 Liiva tee, Harju County.

By train

Kloogaranna Train Station is located 1 km away, and Kloogaranna Puhkeküla a lovely 15-minute walk from there.
The train ride from Tallinn to the Kloogaranna stop takes 46–50 minutes, and from Keila, 14 minutes.

By car

The resort is located 34 km from Tallinn and 12 km from Keila.
Search for “Kloogaranna Puhkeküla” on Google Maps. From Kloogaranna tee, turn onto Kaluri tee and then continue onto Liiva tee.
Free parking is available for guests on the resort grounds.

By bus

There is a bus stop called "Kloogaranna Noortelaager" on Kloogaranna tee; from there, it’s a 6-minute walk to Kloogaranna Puhkeküla.
