If you’re looking for a place to hold a seminar with overnight stay in Harju County or a corporate retreat near Tallinn, Kloogaranna Puhkeküla offers a private and convenient setting just 40 minutes from Tallinn. You can reach Kloogaranna from Balti Station by direct train in 46 minutes.

We will be welcoming adult groups starting from August 31, 2026. September and October are particularly good months for making reservations, and we are also accepting inquiries for 2027.

We can accommodate up to 170 people during the summer and fall seasons and up to 37 during winter.

The venue offers catering, seminar and training rooms equipped with presentation technology, and a private, fenced-in area. The program can be supplemented with partner activities: a BBQ master class, guided hikes, a tour of the Rummu quarry, or a tour of the Paldiski Nuclear Facility.

On our grounds, there is a separate seminar building that is available year-round, featuring two large seminar rooms and a kitchenette. The Akeli Villa has a smaller group workroom, and the dining hall houses a carpeted seminar room that can accommodate 65 people.

Tables and chairs can be arranged in all rooms according to the event format and the client's preferences. Wi-Fi and presentation equipment are also available.

Accommodation

For multi-day training sessions and seminars, it is also possible to stay overnight with us. During the summer, Kloogaranna Puhkeküla can accommodate 170 guests, and 37 guests during the winter.

We have 22 cozy camping houses that can accommodate 140 people. In addition, there is Akeli Villa, which has 30 beds, a sauna, and a fireplace room. It’s a wonderful place to relax after a day full of discussions.

Check-in begins at 2:00 p.m.
Check-out is by 11:00 a.m.

Catering

Kloogaranna Holiday Village also has a catering company that provides meals for seminars and training sessions. The catering building is located on our grounds.

In addition, there are several restaurants in the vicinity where you can make a reservation:

Activities

For those who want to spend their time more actively in addition to attending seminars, there are several options.

Kloogaranna Puhkeküla has one basketball court with six hoops. In addition, guests can use the sports fields and facilities located on the beach:

  • 11 beach volleyball courts, which can also be used for beach tennis,

  • outdoor gym / training field,

  • a beach soccer field with portable soccer goals,

  • an outdoor basketball court with an asphalt surface,

  • 2 concrete ping-pong tables.

    TRAINING, DINNER

    Location: Kloogaranna Puhkeküla

    We’ll discuss dry rubs, meat preparation, the correct oven temperature, basting, and measuring meat temperature. This will be followed by a tasting and a hearty dinner.

    HIKE

    Route: From the Klooga-Aedlinna train stop to Kloogaranna Puhkeküla, or vice versa.

    For environmentally conscious people who want to get there by public transportation. You can combine this with a visit to the village of Klooga.

    Duration: ~1.5 hours / 5.6 km

    Rummu Quarry and Prison

    EXCURSION & HIKE

    Location: Rummu Quarry—a 20-minute drive by car or bus from Kloogaranna Vacation Village.

    Climb to the top of the ash hill by the lake and hike around the lake. You’ll also have the opportunity to visit the prison museum.

    Duration: 3 hours

    Price: 200€ (1–30 people), plus 10€ per person for admission to the prison and quarry museum.

    TOUR

    Location: Paldiski Nuclear Facility—a 15-minute drive by car or bus from Kloogaranna Vacation Village.

    A place shrouded in mystery and intrigue. Here you can see the last remnant of Soviet forces in Estonia—a submarine reactor.

    Duration: 1–2 hours

    Route: From Kloogaranna Vacation Village to Laulasmaa and back, if desired.

    We'll see the surf beach, the Laulasmaa SPA, and we can also make a detour to the Arvo Pärt Center.
