If you’re looking for a place to hold a seminar with overnight stay in Harju County or a corporate retreat near Tallinn, Kloogaranna Puhkeküla offers a private and convenient setting just 40 minutes from Tallinn. You can reach Kloogaranna from Balti Station by direct train in 46 minutes.

We can accommodate up to 170 people during the summer and fall seasons and up to 37 during winter.

The venue offers catering, seminar and training rooms equipped with presentation technology, and a private, fenced-in area. The program can be supplemented with partner activities: a BBQ master class, guided hikes, a tour of the Rummu quarry, or a tour of the Paldiski Nuclear Facility.

Team Training or Team-Building Day in Nature

Kloogaranna Puhkeküla It is well-suited for corporate team-building training sessions, seminars, and team events that include lodging. A training day can begin in a seminar room and continue with activities in a pine forest, on the beach, or on sports fields.

The sea and Kloogaranna Beach are located just 400 meters from the resort. The public beach features eight beach volleyball courts, which offer great opportunities for team sports and active group activities.

We offer practical group accommodations for teams looking to combine a work program, group activities, and a relaxing vacation. On-site, you can order meals ranging from breakfast to dinner and book a sauna to round out the day.

Accommodation

For multi-day training sessions and seminars, it is also possible to stay overnight with us. During the summer, Kloogaranna Puhkeküla can accommodate 170 guests, and 37 guests during the winter.

We have 22 cozy camping houses that can accommodate 140 people. In addition, there is Akeli Villa, which has 30 beds, a sauna, and a fireplace room. It’s a wonderful place to relax after a day full of discussions.

Check-in begins at 2:00 p.m.
Check-out is by 11:00 a.m.

On our grounds, there is a separate seminar building that is available year-round, featuring two large seminar rooms and a kitchenette. The Akeli Villa has a smaller group workroom, and the dining hall houses a carpeted seminar room that can accommodate 65 people.

Tables and chairs can be arranged in all rooms according to the event format and the client's preferences. Wi-Fi and presentation equipment are also available.

Activities

For those who want to spend their time more actively in addition to attending seminars, there are several options.

Kloogaranna Puhkeküla has one basketball court with six hoops. In addition, guests can use the sports fields and facilities located on the beach:

  • 8 beach volleyball courts, which can also be used for beach tennis,

  • outdoor gym / training field,

  • a beach soccer field with portable soccer goals,

  • an outdoor basketball court with an asphalt surface,

  • 2 concrete ping-pong tables.

    Route: From the Klooga-Aedlinna train stop to Kloogaranna Puhkeküla, or vice versa.

    For environmentally conscious people who want to get there by public transportation. You can combine this with a visit to the village of Klooga.

    Rummu Quarry and Prison

    EXCURSION & HIKE

    Location: Rummu Quarry—a 20-minute drive by car or bus from Kloogaranna Vacation Village.

    Climb to the top of the ash hill by the lake and hike around the lake. You’ll also have the opportunity to visit the prison museum.

A professional summer camp with 100 participants - HR Bootcamp

At the beginning of the summer, we hosted the HR Society’s two-day summer camp—the HR Bootcamp—where 100 HR managers gathered to network, gather new information about their field, share experiences, and enjoy spending time together. Participants particularly enjoyed the beautiful natural surroundings, Kloogaranna Beach, and the location, which was easily accessible from southern Estonia.
